General contractual conditions

The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) contain the rights and obligations of sporteex s.r.o. represented by Zoltán Barthos and József Tokaji, hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider”, and the Client (hereinafter referred to as “Client”) using the e-commerce services provided by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider” and “Client”).  

  1. General information, formation of the contract between the Parties

These GTC apply to all e-commerce services provided in Hungary through the electronic marketplace (hereinafter referred to as the “merchriotmsi2023.com webshop”) on the merchriotmsi2023.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).  

Purchases on the merchriotmsi2023.com webshop can be made by placing an order electronically, as set out in these GTC.

 All registered partners of the Service Provider are entitled to use the services of the merchriotmsi2023.com webshop, provided that they register validly and successfully on the Website and accept the terms and conditions of these GTC as binding.   

The contract between the Parties shall be concluded after the completion of all the mandatory fields of the order form and the verification of the data entered, by clicking on the “Order Cart Contents” icon. The contract concluded between the parties in this way – in Hungarian or English – shall be deemed to be a written contract, which shall be filed by the Service Provider and kept for 24 (twenty-four) months after its conclusion.

 The Service Provider shall make the registered contract (order) available to the Customer. On the one hand, under the menu item “I have previously ordered” (only logged-in, registered customers can see it), and on the other hand, it stores it in the integrated IT system at the Service Provider’s premises.

  1. Registration

2.1. You can register by filling in the registration form on the Main Page under the Registration menu.  

If you already have one, you can place your order in our store by clicking on the “Login” button and entering your username and password.  

If you do not have a registered username, you can fill in the form by clicking on the “Register” button and submit your registration by clicking on the “Register” button.  

We will then send you a confirmation email.If you have encountered a problem and are unable to register after several attempts, please contact info@sporteex.hu with the details you used to make your purchase. 

2.2 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or any other problem or error caused by the Customer’s incorrect and/or inaccurate data. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the Customer’s forgetting his password or from its disclosure to unauthorised persons for any reason beyond the Service Provider’s control.  

  1. The order

3.1 The essential properties and characteristics of the goods purchased, instructions for the use of the goods may be obtained in detail from the information page of the specific item or from the instructions for use accompanying the product.   

3.2 For Customers not entitled to a discount, the gross purchase price will always be indicated.  

Customers with a discount are, of course, also entitled to the discounts applicable to them when purchasing online. Once the products have been purchased, the total amount will be adjusted by the amount of the discount.

3.3 The Service Provider delivers the ordered goods to the address indicated by the Customer using a forwarding agent. The delivery date will be specified in the confirmation of the Service Provider.

3.4. This means that the selling price is not visible. For these products, the price will be quoted on the basis of an individual quotation request. If you do not receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please contact customer service.

3.5 Delivery and packaging charges:

Packaging is free of charge. We will charge a fee for COD delivery in all cases. The exact amount of the charge will be shown in the summary table of the basket.In the case of payment by credit card or prepayment, we will post your chosen product(s) free of charge. 

We offer the possibility of free product return, with Foxpost’s “vending machine to vending machine” service. If the Customer exercises the option to return the product(s), the Foxpost shipping cost will be refunded to the account number provided by the Customer.

In order to ensure a fast and accurate service, we are no longer able to record any deposit for orders placed and closed in our online shop, in exceptional cases you can call our customer service to ask about the status of your order and whether we can still record a deposit.

If more than one order is received from the same Customer on the same day, orders received after 14.00 will be considered separately for the delivery charge.

The Supplier reserves the right to change the delivery charge, provided that the change will take effect at the same time as the change is posted on the Website. The change will not affect the delivery charge for products already ordered.  

3.6 The Service Provider reserves the right to change the prices of the products that can be ordered from the Website, with the modification taking effect at the same time as the publication on the Website. The modification does not affect the purchase price of the products already ordered. If the Service Provider, despite all due care and diligence, displays an incorrect price on the Website, in particular a price of “0” Ft or “1” Ft which is obviously incorrect, e.g. significantly different from the generally accepted or estimated price of the product, or which may be due to a system error, the Service Provider is not obliged to deliver the product at the incorrect price, but may offer to deliver the product at the correct price, in the knowledge of which the Customer may withdraw from the purchase.  

3.7 The Service Provider will only accept the order if the Customer completes all the fields required for the order in full.  The Service Provider shall not be liable for any delivery delays or other problems or errors caused by the Customer’s incorrect and/or inaccurate order details.   

3.8. By placing an order, the Customer declares that he accepts these General Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that he is bound by them.  

  1. Delivery and payment terms

4.1 The Service Provider shall deliver the product selected and ordered on the Website to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process, at the time specified in the order confirmation sent to the Customer by e-mail. The ordered product can be picked up by the Customer in person at the fanzone premises under the conditions and within the time period specified in the order.

4.2 In the case of product orders, the Customer is obliged to check the package in detail at the time of delivery and to sign the delivery document in case of complete delivery. The Service Provider is not able to accept any claims for defects after that. If the Customer notices any damage or discrepancies, the carrier shall, at the Customer’s request, hand over the goods in detail and take a report on the spot. The freight forwarder shall be liable for any damage thus caused.  


5.1 Warranty and guarantee are governed by the provisions of Act IV of 1959 on the Civil Code and Government Decree No. 151/2003 (IX.22) on the mandatory warranty for certain consumer durables.


6.1 Purchasing on the Website implies the Customer’s knowledge of the technical and technological limitations of the Internet and acceptance of the potential for error inherent in the technology.  

6.2 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage caused by accessing the Website. The Customer shall be responsible for protecting his/her computer and the data on it.  

6.3. The Service Provider shall not disclose the Customer’s data to third parties, unless the third party acts as a subcontractor/associate of the Service Provider in the performance of the contract. When processing the Customer’s data, the Service Provider shall act in accordance with the provisions of Act LXIII of 1992 on the protection of personal data and the disclosure of data of public interest.  

6.4. Any amendment shall enter into force at the same time as it is published on the Website.  

6.5. If it is not possible to settle the dispute through negotiation, the contracting parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the Service Provider’s domicile.  

  1. Right, method and consequences of withdrawal from the purchase:

In the case of a contract concluded between remote parties, the Consumer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason, in accordance with Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5) on contracts concluded between remote parties. In the case of written withdrawal, it shall be deemed to have been effected within the time limit if the Consumer sends his declaration before the expiry of the time limit. In the event of withdrawal, the Service Provider shall reimburse the amount paid by the Customer without delay, but no later than 30 days after the withdrawal, including postage. The Customer shall return the product without delay. The Service Provider is only obliged to refund the full purchase price if the product is returned undamaged and without any defects, and may claim damages from the Customer for damages resulting from improper use.  The full purchase price shall not be refunded to the consumer if the consumer has used the product beyond the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words, the consumer may try out and use the product and return it anyway.The Customer shall bear the costs incurred in returning the product due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Customer shall bear no other costs.  

The Supplier may, however, claim compensation for any damage resulting from the improper use of the product.  

The return of the product can be done during the event at the point of sale established in the fanzone territory or by returning it or sending it back by any shipping company (info@sporteex.hu)

If the returned parcel complies with the above conditions, the Service Provider undertakes to return the purchase price in full to the Customer within 30 days of receipt of the parcel, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Material characteristics of the subject of the contract Below you will find general information, notices and legal guidelines relating to our website. The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) applicable to the use of the Webshop, the placing of orders and the resulting sales contract are the guiding principles. For details of the characteristics of the goods purchased, please consult the information page of the specific item.  

We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the descriptive information, and the images shown are illustrations. Where there is no price we can give you a quotation, please contact us! If you need additional information, please contact us before ordering. The purchase price is always the gross price indicated next to the selected goods, the prices shown do not constitute a direct quotation.  Our company is not liable for any damages resulting from misprints. The pictures are illustrations only.  Delivery and payment terms may differ for goods in certain product groups. Please contact our customer service for current charges. 

9.The Service Provider hereby informs you that your personal data will be stored for the purpose of the performance of the contract and for the purpose of subsequent proof of the terms of the contract. The Customer agrees to this by filling in the registration form /order form/. Unless otherwise specified, the Service Provider will keep you informed of its promotions and news.  

Terms and conditions of electronic contracting

1.The User is obliged to provide the data requested by the system during the purchase process.

  1. ordering the product in our webshop (choosing payment and delivery options).
  2. The Service Provider will confirm the receipt of the order by electronic means without delay, but within 3 hours at the latest. The order and its confirmation shall be deemed to have been received when it becomes available to the Supplier or the Customer. 

4 Following confirmation of the order, the goods will be delivered in the manner indicated when the order was placed. 

5.Technical possibilities for correcting data errors

Means provided for identifying and correcting data entry errors before sending the contractual statement:

– the contents of the “Cart” can be checked, changed or even deleted before the order is placed.

– The content of personal data (e.g. billing address, delivery address, telephone number, etc…) can be checked and changed at any time.

If you have ordered something else than what you wanted by mistake and you notice this afterwards, please contact our customer service at peter@sportimadok.hu or call +36 7306869407. It is important that you do this immediately after placing your order, as we can deliver the products you have ordered within 1 hour and then it is no longer possible to correct the mistake.

Products will be returned only with original packaging and accessories, in unused condition!
